ROCKITPLAY Launcher requires WINDOWS 10 64-bit. In case your are using WINDOWS 7, 8 or 8.1 please send us a short note and we will provide you with a different download link.
The ROCKITPLAY Launcher files can be found under C:\Program Files\ROCKITPLAY Launcher andC:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\rockit-launcher
Your PC must meet the following requirements:
– WINDOWS 10 64-bit
– 300MB free hard drive space on drive C:
– minimum system requirements of the game
– active internet connection
Once you start ROCKITPLAY Launcher you are asked to enter the game access key. You can either type in the key manualy or use the copy-paste shortcut (Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V).
Each game access key is valid for specific amount of time. You can find the expiration date in the email that you received containing the key.

If your key doesn’t work, follow these steps:
1. Check if your key may have expired (expiration date is stated is stated in the mail that contanied the key you are using)
2. Make sure you copied the key properly; some characters can be confusing, such as (“l”/”I”, “0”/”O”)
3. Still not working? Contact us
Once your key has expired, we need to issue a new one, please contact us.
The key provided is assigned to you for testing. While sharing the key within your group/company/ organization is generally ok, we are happy to provide you with additional keys to share the ROCKITPLAY FastStart experience with others.
If you select drive C: during the installation process, a folder named %appdata%\rockit-launcher\ROCKIT-Library will be created and the game will be installed there. If you choose any other drive thanother thand C:, a folder named ROCKIT-Library will be created in the root folder of the drive
(Example: if you choose D: the game will be installed in D:\ROCKIT-Library)named ROCKIT-Library will be created in the root folder of the drive

The launcher needs to download a small fraction of the game before it can start. The size of this part depends on your currently available internet speed.
Yes, even if you close the game or loose internet connection, ROCKITPLAY Launcher will resume the download where it left off.
Playing while downloading requires an active internet connection. Once the game is completely downloaded, you will only need to be connected for the initial game start.
No. The game data is not accessible without the ROCKITPLAY launcher.
If your internet connection fails and is unavailable for a longer period of time, ROCKITPLAY Launcher will minimize the game so that you can use your PC again. As soon as your connection is active again, the download will continue and you will be informed as soon as the game is ready again.
In some rare cases, such as when your internet is slower than normal, you may experience some temporary judder while playing. This usually does not last long. If the judder persists, make sure your internet connection is working properly and that you don’t have any other network-intensive applications (other downloads, streaming services) running in the background while you play.
Use the “Add or Remove Program” function under “Apps and Features” of WINDOWS and search for the name of the game. You will find two entries; one with the ROCKITPLAY icon and another with a blue icon. Select the entry with the blue icon and uninstall it.
Use the “Add or Remove Program” function under “Apps and Features” of WINDOWS and search for “ROCKITPLAY”. Two entries “Launcher” and “Kernel” will appear, uninstall both. (IMPORTANT: make sure you remove any ROCKITPLAY-accelerated game that you may have installed BEFORE removing the launcher)
This issue happens when you uninstall the launcher before unistalling the game.
Steps to solve this issue:
1. Reinstall the game using the installer that you downloaded
2. Uninstall the games via the “apps and features” menu
3. Once the game was uninstalled, unninstall both the ROCKITPLAY Launcher and the ROCKITPLAY Kernel
